In the event that the artist is performing with a live vocalist, as previously agreed upon in the contract, it is mandatory to provide a professional in-ear monitoring (IEM) system for the singer.
1 x stereo in-ear monitor mix (via wireless IEM system – Shure PSM series or equivalent preferred)
1 x wireless IEM transmitter and bodypack receiver (compatible frequencies, licenced if required)
Access to artist monitor engineer or stage monitor mix, with clear communication during soundcheck and performance
Backup wired IEM option available if wireless is not stable
Sufficient RF coordination to avoid interference with other wireless systems on site
The IEM system must be fully functional, tested prior to soundcheck, and placed side stage or FOH as agreed during advance.

As agreed in the contract, the Promoter must supply the following equipment. Failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation of the performance and the Organizer/Promoter will be responsible for paying the artist their full fee plus expenses. If you have difficulty providing any of the items listed below, please contact the artist’s agent, so alternative equipment can be discussed.
