Recordings, Video & Photo
● Professional filming and photographic recording equipment must be provided throughout the presentation.
● 1-minute clips of all the drops during the first two hours of the set, and short clip to generate after the movie. Deliver the footage in the following format 4K, 60fps, raw footage.
● 20 photographs of the drop moments from various angles, both raw and edited.Content should be delivered within a maximum of 3 days. We can provide a flash card so you can deliver the content as soon as the party is finished.

Important: For the artist’s performance to proceed effectively, it is essential that you provide all required logistical details at least 7 days before the event date. Failure to meet this requirement will be considered as a withdrawal by the promoter, which could result in cancellation of the event.

As agreed in the contract, the Promoter must supply the following equipment. Failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation of the performance and the Organizer/Promoter will be responsible for paying the artist their full fee plus expenses. If you have difficulty providing any of the items listed below, please contact the artist’s agent, so alternative equipment can be discussed.
